The Everett HOA board members volunteer their time and work hard to be good stewards of the assessment fee collected annually from our 150 Everett HOA lots. The annual assessment provides for the maintenance -- including preventive maintenance of the neighborhood’s entrances, cul-de-sacs, flowerbeds, and common areas. In addition, the assessment covers the costs of insurance; mailings, postage and printing; irrigation; lighting for the entrance signs; and other projects approved by the board. The association does not employ any staff and board members serve on a voluntary basis without any compensation.
The Board is comprised of nine members and duties include: welcoming new residents, setting the annual homeowners’ fees, overseeing the expenses of the association, and helping to maintain the quality of the neighborhood through service on one or more committees (architectural/landscaping, grounds, or outreach). Director terms are for three years and a director whose term expires can apply for another three-year term.
