We would like to take this opportunity to encourage your participation in the Everett Farms Homeowners’ Association (EFHOA) by serving as a member of the Board of Directors.
Learn more about our HOA Board members and their roles in our community.
The Board is comprised of nine members and duties include:
- welcoming new residents, setting the annual homeowners’ fees,
- overseeing the expenses of the association, and
- helping to maintain the quality of the neighborhood through service on one or more committees (architectural/landscaping, grounds, or outreach).
Board meetings typically take place 3 to 4 times per year. The time commitment is minimal and some of the board’s business is conducted via e-mail or Zoom.
